Yes, Joel and I spent much of our evening plugged into our respective laptops, but we were sharing oldies but goodies from youtube.
Here are two that are fabulous. Enjoy.

Matthew Wilder-"Break My Stride"
In my class, I have been using these air quotation marks and, as a side bar, tried to teach my kids what they mean. Yesterday, I was teaching about the pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela (mi patria de alma) and how not all pilgrims came on the Mayflower. One boy tried desperately to use those air quotes correctly, saying, "They're like 'pilgrims'." Maybe it's not that funny typed (I realize that now) but it was akin to this moment:
Friends, "I'm Sorry"

My husband's little sister has a great way to define the finger quotes...last year, when she was 7 we were babysitting her and I said, "We'll let them 'watch a movie'" using the finger quotes for the last part (for which I meant, put on a movie and let them fall asleep at bedtime) and she leaned forward in the car and said, "That thing with your fingers means you're lying" - which is somewhat accurate! It sounds like you have a fun bunch in your class!!
